Red, White, and Blueberry Smoothie

The strawberries, bananas, and blueberries combine to make a very patriotic smoothie! I've also used blueberry-pomegranate and cran-raspberry juice before. If you use all fresh fruit, add 1/2 - 1 cup of ice. The riper the fruit the sweeter the smoothie or add a little sugar, if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 medium banana, sliced
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1 cup blueberry juice
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or until well blended).
2. Pour in 2 tall glasses.
3. Enjoy!
