Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Icing

This is a mouth pleaser. If you don't like it Iwill be shocked. This will make mouths smile.
Ingredients:
cake
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
1ounce red food coloring
icing
10 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pound butter
1 1/3 pounds confectioners sugar
2 cups pecans
Directions:
1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into cupcake papers. Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 350*. or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
2. Icing: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix. When smooth and well mixed, add pecans.
