Red Roasted Potatoes

My family loves this easy side dish. Add the italian salad dressing for a zestier kick.
Ingredients:
6-7 medium red potatoes
sea salt
2-3 teaspoons chopped garlic (more or less depending on your taste)
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small bottle of italian salad dressing (optional- i like to use kraft)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
2. Cut potatoes into cubes and place in cold water so that they do not brown.
3. Once all potatoes have been cubed, place in an oversized bowl.
4. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic
5. Mix ingredients by hand in the bowl and then add olive oil to coat the potatoes, continue mixing until potatoes are covered with seasoning mix.
6. Add Italian salad dressing to the mix (this is optional).
7. Use a little olive oil to lightly oil a cookie sheet and put potatoes on cookie sheet in a single layer.
8. Place cookie sheet in oven for 30 minutes and then turn potatoes so that they brown on both side, cook for another 30 minutes and then remove from oven. Serve while hot and enjoy!
