Old Recipe. Very Easy! Really Good. Lovely presentation.
Ingredients:
1 can eagle brand milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 packages frozen raspberries, using juice
1 medium size angel food cake
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. In 9 X 13 casserole dish, break cake into small pieces
2. In bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice
3. Thaw raspberries
4. In large mixer bowl, whip cream
5. Add thawed berries to whipped cream, folding in
6. Add chopped pecans
7. Blend this carefully with the Eagle Brand mixture
8. Pour this mixture over the cake pieces, working in between the pieces
9. Freeze
10. When ready to serve, cut in squares
11. NOTE: HAVE REFRIGERATED THE DESSERT WITHOUT FREEZING.
