From . This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon.
Ingredients:
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
1/4 cup honey
2 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper, freshly ground
Directions:
1. Put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
