Ingredients:
2/3 cup roasted red peppers (in olive oil but drained)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree 2/3 cup roasted red peppers (in olive oil but drained) until smooth. With the motor running, add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil from the peppers and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with steak or chicken.
