Roasted red pepper hummus
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
2. Whirl until smooth and combined well.
3. Cover an chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
