Savoury dip - low in everything!
Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
2 scallions, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Place the peppers, cream cheese, scallions, garlic and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
2. Process until the mixture is thoroughly pureed.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill until needed.
