Red Pepper And Garlic Hummus

Better than store bought, cheaper too.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chick peas
2 roasted red peppers
3 cloves roasted garlic, smashed
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp. salt or 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
1/2 cup tahini
1 lemons worth of juice
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
1/3 tsp crushed red pepper.
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the food processor and process for about 60 seconds or until it's at the desired consistency.
2. If you want to mix it up a bit, substitute 1 of the 4 tablespoons of olive oil with toasted sesame oil.
3. Tahini is like peanut butter but made with seasame seeds. I have found it in grocery stores in the same isle as peanut butter but not in the same area. I also found it at our co-op.
