This goes well on any salad. Keeps well in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and thickened.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
