Red Onion and Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp french's yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 cups canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cut and place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Puree.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Stores well in fridge for one week.
