Red Lentil Hummus

A fun twist on hummus
Ingredients:
1 cup dried split red lentils
1 tablespoon tahini
1 1/2-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 head roasted garlic
2 teaspoons cumin
salt
Directions:
1. Cook lentil until tender about 20 minutes.
2. Drain- Allow to drain well.
3. Add drained lentils to food processor along with tahini, lemon juice, spices, and garlic. Process until smooth.
4. Yum!
