I add this salsa to chicken and chop the chicken finely to put in my chicken enchiladas. I also add a little to hollandaise sauce for southwest eggs benedict
Ingredients:
red hot salsa
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes diced
1/2 sm. onion, diced
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt (more or less)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. cilantro
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix for 10-
