Delicious, simple, quick , easy, and colorful. Yesterday I tasted and learned this recipe in our friend’s home and I coudn’t wait o try this wonderful recipe. They served this dip over cream cheese and was a hit.
Ingredients:
2 large red peppers
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of white vinegar
crushed pepper ( hot) * optional
Directions:
1. Cut peppers, and remove seeds See Photo
2. Cut them in pieces
3. Process peppers in a food processor or blender until small pieces. See Photo
4. Bring to boil with sugar, vinegar and crushed peppers ( optional) and stir eventually, for 40 minutes or until mix is sticky and liquid. See Photo
