Red Bell Pepper Butter

This is very quick and easy to make. Good served with cornbread.
Ingredients:
12 (16 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
1 cup butter
Directions:
1. Remove the red bell peppers from the jar and pat dry.
2. In a food processor, put some or all of the roasted red bell peppers and puree until smooth. Some bits are OK.
3. Add the butter and puree again.
4. Serve with cornbread.
