Red and Green Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh tortellini with cheese
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups frozen french-cut green beans, thawed
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini until just tender, 7-8 minutes.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Adjust seasonings to taste.
