Really Healthy But Good Black Bean Salad

Bright easy salad spiked with fresh garden vegetables. Served cold or room temp, not a fussy side salad or add cheese and make it a main dish.
Ingredients:
1 package dried black beans
2 cups dried black beans
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
2 cups corn kernels
dressing
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
3 minced cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin ground
1 tbsp good chili powder
salt
pepper
1/4 cup minced cilantro
Directions:
1. Soak black beans overnight
2. Simmer black beans for 2 1/2 hrs in salted water until semi soft
3. Drain beans
4. Make dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Add cilantro and toss
