1. Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil 2. arrange crackers to cover pan 3. Melt butter and sugar and pour over crackers 4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees 5. Remove from oven 6. Pour chocolate chips over crackers immediately and spread with knife 7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts 8. Chill at least an hour. 9. Break into bite-size pieces
