Real Bran Muffins

Now these aren't for the 'faint of heart' these are for real bran lovers who want real filling muffin.
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 banana
1 egg white
3 tablespoons unsweetened apple butter
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup splenda granular
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup strawberry
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Place, in a medium sized bowl; the flour, wheat bran, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, splenda, and brown sugar.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Slowly add in the butter milk while mixing.
4. After butter milk is added add the egg white and apple butter, mix well.
5. Mash the banana.
6. Chop the strawberries.
7. Add the mashed banana and chopped strawberries to the mix and stir.
8. Line 12 spots on a muffin pan and evenly distribute between the 12 slots.
9. Bake at 400F for about 15-25 minutes.
10. Makes huge, dense muffins!
