Using Zucchini as the base instead of chickpeas makes a lighter, smoother variation of an old favorite.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
1/2 cup raw tahini ( amt seems high)
raw sesame seeds, ground (as needed to thicken)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in Vita-mix and blend completely.
