Ingredients:
6 tomatoes
1 avocado
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 ounces dried tomatoes
8 dates
1/2 onion
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoons vinegar
4 tablespoons fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
1 red chili pepper
Directions:
1. Roughly chop tomatoes, avocado, carrots, and celery. Put everything in the blender and blend to a thick sauce.
