Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted oats
1 cup dates (soaked in water for 1 hour)
1 cup raisins (soaked in water for 1 hour)
1 tablespoon nutmeg and cinnamon
1 dash orange juice
1 dash anjou pear, bragg amino acid
Directions:
1. Homogenize the entire ingredient until they are smooth. Spread on tray, make it 1/2 thick and dehydrate for 18 hours.
