Ingredients:
1/2 large red bell pepper
1/4 cup water
1 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon tahini (peanut butter will work)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water if dip is too thick. This recipe is very forgiving and very customizable.
