Raw Broccoli And Sprout Stir Fry

This is a raw salad that mimics the experience of a veggie stirfry - I like to eat it with chopstick :)
Ingredients:
broccoli - 2 heads, cut into bite-sized pieces
mung bean sprouts - 1 large handful
cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
garlic - 2 cloves, finely sliced
apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup, as needed
soy sauce - 1/4 cup
ginger - to taste (optional)
black pepper - to taste (optional)
curry powder - to taste (optional)
red pepper flakes - to taste (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix the first four ingredients (broccoli, sprouts, cabbage, garlic) together in a large bowl
2. Mix the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and as many spices as you'd like together
3. Pour the sauce over the veggies
4. Let marinade for at least a couple of hours; up to a couple of days is fine
5. Siphon off any excess liquid and serve!
