Good for replacing traditional cheese in salads and sandwiches, also tasty on crackers! Won't fool you into thinking it's 'real' cheese though ;) Enjoy for it's own unique taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds
4 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon minced green onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.
