This is simple goodness! I love that it's one of my DH's favorite meals, and it takes just minutes to make! Use any flavor ravioli you like, but we prefer Italian Sausage Ravioli.
Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) package frozen ravioli (any flavor)
1 (7 ounce) container pesto sauce
2 roma tomatoes, diced
Directions:
1. Boil ravioli according to package directions.
2. Drain ravioli.
3. Return ravioli to pot and toss with pesto and tomatoes until well coated.
4. Serve immediately.
