Rava dosa doesn't need fermentation and is usually considered a fast breakfast or dinner .
Ingredients:
1 c sooji / semolina
1 c rice flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c yogurt
pinch of salt
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chilli , thinly sliced
1 sprig curry leaves , thinly sliced
water
Directions:
1. Mix everything together first except the water .
2. Then add water more and more until it becomes somewhat watery batter .
3. In a non stick flat pan , pour a spoonful of the batter .
4. Drizzle some olive margarine on top .
5. Cook until golden .
6. Serve hot with Chutney and / or Sambar OR with mutton / chicken curry .
