Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) baking cocoa |
1 tablespoon(s) baking powder |
2 eggs |
1 1/3 cup(s) fiber one cereal |
1 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) milk |
2/3 cup(s) raspberries |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Grease only bottoms of muffin cups. 3. Crush cereal and combine with milk. Let stand 5 min. Stir in oil and eggs. Stir in flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt til moist. Gently stir in raspberries. 4. Pour into muffin cups (12). Bake 20-25 min or til toothpick comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Drizzle with favorite powdered sugar glaze if desired. |
