RASPBERRY WALNUT VINAIGRETTE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Benson Estate in Canton, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons walnut oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
Directions:
1. In bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar and salt then add oils in a small stream.
2. Whisk constantly until vinaigrette is emulsified then stir in tarragon.
