Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Low calorie salad dressing
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, unsweetened
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
stevia or splenda sugar substitute, to taste
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a food proccessor until smooth.
2. Refridgerate.
3. Makes 5 (1/4 cup) servings.
