I toast a few walnuts and put them in the food processor to make raspberry walnut vinaigrette for a change.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Place in a jar with a lid and shake till sugar has dissolved.
2. Store in the fridge.
