Raspberry Truffle Chocolate Sin Brownies

The name says it all! NOTE: The Cooking time includes the 2 hour chilling time.
Ingredients:
brownie batter
1&1/4c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2c. butter
3/4c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1t. instant coffee crystals dissolved in 2t. water
1/2t. baking powder
3/4c. flour
truffle filling
1c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4t. instant coffee crystals
8oz. cream cheese; softened
1/4c. confectioners sugar
1/3c. seedless red raspberry preserves
glaze
1/4c. semisweet chocolate chips
1t. shortening
Directions:
1. BROWNIES:
2. Melt chocolate chips & butter. Cool slightly.
3. Beat eggs & sugar together.
4. Add chocolate mixture & coffee dissolved in water to egg mixture & mix well.
5. Stir in baking powder & flour until just combined.
6. Spread in 9x9 pan & bake 30-35 min. 350F.
7. Cool on wire rack.
8. TRUFFLE FILLING:
9. Melt chocolate chips & coffee crystals together. Set aside.
10. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add confectioners sugar & raspberry preserves, beating until fluffy.
11. Beat in chocolate/coffee mixture until well blended. Spread over top of brownies.
12. GLAZE:
13. Melt chocolate chips & shortening. Drizzle over top of truffle mixture.
14. Chill 2 hours.
15. Cut into squares.
