Excellent on any salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 rice vinegar (or regular)
1 teaspoon salt
2 -3 tablespoons raspberry jam
1 tablespoon sugar
2 -3 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and buzz.
2. Add sugar or more jam if too tart.
