Raspberry Rum Chocolate Cookies

Raspberries and chocolate made even better with a touch of rum.
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
3 tbsp rum
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup dutch cocoa
1 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Beat butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl
3. Slowly beat in eggs, rum and vanilla
4. Beat in raspberries and whip until light and creamy
5. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa
6. Slowly beat flour mixture into butter mixture
7. Gently stir in chocolate chips
8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet
9. Bake 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and cool
10. Garnish each cookie with a single fresh raspberry, if desired
