Creamy, fruity light delicious dessert. Cook time is chill time.
Ingredients:
3 ounces raspberry gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
10 ounces birds eye frozen raspberries in light syrup
1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add frozen raspberies and stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.
3. Blend in sour cream.
4. Pour into mold or glass serving bowl.
5. Chil for 3 hours.
