Raspberry Mango Salad

If you're a mango maniac (like me) you'll love this salad! From the Winsor-Pilates Low-Carb Cookbook I received in the August 09 Cookbook Swap.
Ingredients:
2 cups arugula
1 cup torn bibb lettuce or 1 cup boston lettuce
1/2 cup watercress, stems removed
1 cup diced mango
3/4 cup fresh raspberry
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine arugula, lettuce, watercress, mango raspberries and cheese in medium bowl.
2. Shake remaining ingredients in small jar. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
