This has become a standard dish at our Thanksgiving table.
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) packages raspberry jell-o gelatin
1 (16 ounce) sour cream
4 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Dissolve 1 box of Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Gently mix in 2 cups raspberries. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch, glass baking dish. Refrigerate and gel.
2. Spread sour cream over gelled raspberry layer. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
3. Make a second raspberry layer the same as the first and spoon on top of sour cream layer. Refrigerate and gel.
