Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp queen natural vanilla essence
  • 3 bakers meringues (lightly broken)

Directions:

  1. Beat cream, icing sugar and Queen Natural Vanilla Essence until smooth and thick.
  2. Fold cream gently into raspberries and meringue pieces to create a soft, marbled effect. Serve immediately in tall glass or small bowl.
