Feel free to substitute your favorite strongly flavored fruits such as apricot, peach or strawberries for the raspberries. Coordinate your favorite flavored ice cream accordingly!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup raspberries (or your favorite fruit)
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 scoops strawberry ice cream (or your choice of flavor)
milk
Directions:
1. In a 16 oz glass blend raspberries, milk, and almond extract.
2. Top with ice cream.
3. Add milk to fill glass.
