Diabetic-friendly.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups boiling water
2 small packages sugar-free raspberry gelatin
2 5.3-ounce containers low-fat sugar-free raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetner (Splenda)
20 raspberries, rinsed and set aside to dry, for garnish
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend in yogurt (instead of adding cold water). Pour into mold or 9x9 pan and refrigerate until set, about 4-5 hours.
