Much better than jam on top of pancakes... (Yes, Swedes don't use syrup)
Ingredients:
1 cup (2.5 dl) raspberries
1/4 cup (0.75 dl) sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Heat sugar and raspberries. Stir until liquified. Lower the heat and let simmer for 15 mins or so.
2. Add lemon juice and serve over pancakes.
