1 medium apple, diced
1 cup fresh raspberry
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup green grapes or 1 cup red grapes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
Directions:
1. In 4 parfait glasses, layer apple, raspberries, cottage cheese, grape and raisins.
2. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
