Refreshing thirst quencher.
Ingredients:
8 cups fresh raspberries or 8 cups frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
2 cups ice water
Directions:
1. In lg saucepan, crush berries.
2. Stir in sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 cup water.
3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
4. Strain and chill.
5. Before serving, mix in the ginger ale and ice water.
6. Serve over ice.
