It sounded so good, so I tried it and thought it was very tasty. If you like raspberry cheesecake, you're going to love this cool, refreshing smoothie.
Ingredients:
3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
3 ounces frozen apple-raspberry juice concentrate
1 ounce apple juice
3 ounces crushed ice
whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
1 sprig fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree on high until smooth and well blended.
2. Serve in tall glasses topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
3. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint, if you wish.
