It's the bomb! An easy and delicious smoothie from an old newspaper clipping.
Ingredients:
16 ounces plain low-fat yogurt (either store-bought or delicious rolls)
10 ounces package frozen raspberries, unthawed
1 -2 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender; whirl until smooth.
