Raspberry Banana Smoothie |

This is a slight variation on the traditional strawberry banana that I put together. It makes a nice light, healthy and tasty breakfast or snack! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries |
1 large ripe banana |
1/2-1 scoop french vanilla whey protein powder |
4 tablespoons plain organic low-fat yogurt |
cold water, as necessary |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend together until smooth. 2. Add cold water as necessary for smooth consistency. 3. Pour in glasses and enjoy! |
