This is a slight variation on the traditional strawberry banana that I put together. It makes a nice light, healthy and tasty breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 large ripe banana
1/2-1 scoop french vanilla whey protein powder
4 tablespoons plain organic low-fat yogurt
cold water, as necessary
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend together until smooth.
2. Add cold water as necessary for smooth consistency.
3. Pour in glasses and enjoy!
