Raspberry Banana Protein Smoothie

nice and fruity, great to cool you off after a good workout! make sure you use a blender for this one.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup banana, smashed
2 teaspoons sugar substitute
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. pour all ingredients into blender in order listed. blend on high for 1 or 2 minutes.
2. pour into glass and serve immediately.
3. makes 1 16oz glass or 2 8oz glasses.
