Don't let this stand, make it and drink it! You can adjust the amount of the milk or yogurt to your own liking.
Ingredients:
3 ounces raspberries
1 banana, peeled, cut in chunks
1 mango, peeled, stoned, cut in chunks
5 ounces yogurt or 3 ounces cold milk
Directions:
1. Puree all the ingredients in the liquidiser until you have a smooth thick drink.
2. Drink straight away.
