Raspberry, Avocado & Mango Salad - For One

Same as original Raspberry, Avocado & Mango Salad but made for one
Ingredients:
1/2 cups raspberries, divided
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
1 tbsp. garlic powder or 1/3 garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups mixed salad greens
1/3 ripe mango, diced
1/3 small ripe avocado, diced
1 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. almonds, sliced
Directions:
1. Puree 1/2 c. raspberries, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender until combined.
2. combine greens, mango, avocado and onion in large bowl. Pour the dressing on top and gently toss to coat. Divide the salad among 3 salad plates. Top each with the remaining raspberries and sprinkle with nuts, if using.
