Raspberry and Oatmeal Smoothie

From Cooking with Beans, Grains, Pulses and Legumes . For best results, make the smoothie ahead of time and let sit before drinking to help break down natural starches in the oatmeal.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup water
3 teaspoons plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Spoon oatmeal into heatproof bowl. Pour in 1/2 cup boiling water and let stand 10 minute
2. Put the soaked oats in the blender and all remaining ingredients, reserving 1 tsp of yogurt. Process until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Swirl in reserved yogurt and garnish with a few additional raspberries if desired.
